Ana Mezza she was the most wonderful experience that I ever have to get a 3 lines in phones in the carrier in the United States , she was the best experience ever! I highly recommended to anyone when get to the store asking for her. She is amazing person help you in all the steps and explain to you all about the plants and try to help you out with everything.

I dont know who hired these people but never did I think I could feel so uncomfortable trying to purchase a phone. Not only did no one speak to me when I walked in but they all stared at me like I was bothering them? I walked up to Miss Whitney who of course just continued to stare at me and I asked if she could help me get a new phone. The entire interaction was awkward and dry. Throughout our short time together she kept walking away doing other tasks. I of course have no problem with a multitasking queen but God forbid you say excuse me for one second or at least explain what you are doing for the customer you are helping so they know whats going on my last straw was her saying you doing a trade-in? My response Im not sure Ive never done this before. Her response well do you wanna do a trade in?. Lol didnt I just say I dont know what that means? Like what are we talking about. She then walks away again without saying anything so I just left. Theres plenty t-mobile stores around no big deal. Anyways what was meant to be an exciting trip to get a new phone was turned into me being irritated enough to leave a damn google review. If you reading this just find another t mobile store to go to especially if you care about not being treated like a bother.

Recently I switched to T-Mobile and I was happily surprised by the excellent customer service I received. Initially I was assisted by Jamal Anderson who could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was joining an existing family plan but had to leave another (horrible) carrier so it was something I needed help with. I truly believe Jamals expertise and attitude are what made a not so cut and dried transition as seamless as possible. Really great service! Because of my situation it couldnt be completed at the time I initiated it so I had to return to the T-Mobile store. This time my mobile expert was Tony Granados and once again I was very pleasantly surprised by his excellent customer service. Everything I needed was provided with a great attitude, professionalism, product expertise and kindness. Great experience! I just went back today to get screen protection for my phone and was fortunate to get Tony again. What a nice guy! Almost makes me wish I needed a new phone! Really great service from Tony and Jamal - I will recommend this location of T-Mobile to everyone I know and definitely will be back whenever I need something. Thank you so much!!
