Verizon - CLOSED

Pure incompetence! Horrible service! Waited one hour to be seen another 35 minutes of the employee struggling with the computer. I chose a phone that I was willing to buy and was told to come back in another hour. Then when I returned the employee had given my phone away which was the last in stock. Avoid this nonsense of a store so 3 hours of your day isn't ruined.

I visited this store to check out the new iPhone. I already have service through Verizon. They helped me and answered all questions I had. Id definitely recommend this store!

Shady up selling business practices with horrible return policy. my mother with a language barrier was sold a ($20 on amazon) screen protecter for $60, mother was told it was $6 after placement. Now unable to return once placed. Justins customer service was very poor throughout.

Routinely closes 30 minutes to an hour early.

FYI!! The Store closes at 7:30pm not 8pm, inconvenient!  I came to ask for a new SIM card since my service is horrible or find a solution to the problem.
