My husband and I came with our 5 children to discuss pricing. Only discuss. Hey corporate, your boy Tony is a shining star. Let me tell you why. 3 iPhone lines at T-Mobile with military discount cost us 360/ month. Tony, who clearly mastered the subject knowledge of the companys incentives, discounts, and promotions- matched it. For the same 360/ month, me, my husband AND all FIVE of my kids walked out with an iPhone 15. Tony, matched us with 7 lines, fully insured, newest iPhone on the market. I walked over to T-Mobile and happily paid off my device fees, to get over 1300$ off our devices. He took pride in his job, sold 7 lines on a walk-in inquiry, and made good a good relationship for us to return later for television streaming services. Damn Tony! Dont lose him corporate, promote him management.

Went in and had a few questions and concerns about trading in/upgrading. Young Asian kid had the worst attitude ever. Wouldnt pick his face up from his personal phone. Left immediately. Why so negative at a place you service?

Ive had a great experience compared to other locations. This is the only place Ill go for service or questions ! The only person Ill see is Tony! Huge shout out to him on customer service , experience and knowledge on att as well as knowing how to treat and take care of customers! If anyone wants the best service its TONY!

AT&T started instructing their employees to lie about the inventory and then when you come into the store they tell you we dont have it anymore but we can order it for you. Its a shame because last time I was there the staff was very helpful but I need to downgrade them for lying
