T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

Since they changed the staff at this store, the customer service is terrible, they don't like helping people, like they don't get paid to serve people.

This store refused to return my apple watch and told me to return it to where i buy it from. When the t-mobile agent told me i can return it to any t-mobile store. I dont recommend this store

I had a great experience at this store. The young lady named Katherine helped me out and answered any question I had. Everything was fast, easy, and helpful. I am definitely setting this store as my go to whenever I need to purchase any items or help with my account!

I came to this store at 7:35pm after waiting on hold for 1.5 hours because they couldnt transfer my service from At&t over the phone. The door was locked, and no one was in the store, however I saw employees in the back room. I had to knock loudly to get their attention as they were obviously ignoring me, but eventually the manager came to the door at which time he opened it and told me that the store is closed. I told him the hours on the store sign and online say they are open until 8 PM. He then informed me that he made the sign himself, but it was a mistake and they closed randomly earlier today. Then he shut the door in my face and walked away. This is terrible customer service all around, and straight up lies from the manager of the store. He obviously decided to close early, despite the fact that he made the schedule and posted it himself. What a terrible way to run a business!!! I highly recommend no one patronize this location at 212 West Glebe Rd in Arlington, VA, it is run by a bunch of unprofessional clowns who lie and do not care about customers!!
