Strictly Ebikes

Strictly ebikes is great! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and were able to answer all our questions. We came in and bought an awesome ebike, but unfortunately it didnt work out for me when I tried to ride it with the bumpy/uneven sidewalks and gravel/dirt trails by our home (I declined a test ride at the shop because of heavy rain). We called and came back a few days later, and test drove a few bikes with front suspension that would work better for my use. Theres even a great little easy test route that takes you right down to a waterfront. The staff were patient (throughout my indecisiveness and our restless kids) knowledgeable, and friendly. I absolutely LOVE my new ebike and Im so happy that this shop is close by for anything we might need in the future, including the possibility of a second ebike. I would 100% recommend this shop. Wonderful staff and great selection and service.

This place is great! Bought an E-bike from them about 6 months ago and use it almost every day. Fast service for when I've needed tire changes great communication.

I had a bike that I got directly through Aventon and it was too large for my dad (it was his bday gift). I called Strictly Ebikes if they were able to exchange the bike for a smaller size and they said they could. The process couldnt have gone smoother and now we got the perfect bike. Fully recommend these guys!

I thought it was a good experience and the guys there were really knowledgeable. They let us drive the bikes on the bike trail to see which one we liked. We bought 2 e-bikes. I was very disappointed when they told me they were going to throw a battery in it because we were good customers and found out it was a promotional item from Aventon
