They care much more about keeping their customers happy and riding than profits!! Even when other people are cheaping out and providing substandard equipment. Could give you they littany of great things they've done for me -- but nuf said I think.

Been to Handy Bikes many times, for my bike, and my son's bike. Fantastic service, and I can't say enough about Eric, the mechanical maestro! If he has the time and there isn't a well-deserved line forming, he explains everything he's doing so you learn something while getting a great deal on tune-ups and repairs. Very highly recommended!

Excellent experience with Handy Bikes. Helped find the perfect bike for the next challenges ahead of me this year. Also very cool to see the shop and service area expanding. Strongly recommend

This is a fantastic bike shop. They have excellent customer service and fixed my ebike with no issues aprox 1.5 years ago. I have been going to the business for around two years. Pete is fantastic and went out of his way today to touch base about the estimated delivery time of a bike I am having assembled by them. He offered to contact the supplier. Eric, one of the bike mechanics I have known for 3 to 4. I trust them with my bike and never feel like the charges are too high. Although there are many bike shops closer to my home, I go to them because I trust their service. They are also authorized dealers for many bikes. I have an electric bike, and they have the knowledge to repair ebikes. You will not be disappointed if you try this establishment.
