Great experience with Larry and Only Bathrooms! Our bathroom reno looks fantastic. Larry helped guide us through sourcing materials and incorporated our ideas into a fresh, modern design. Would definitely recommend and use again for other projects.

Larry's team has done a lot of work on our house which was purchased with multiple hidden issues and hodge podge of styles.
Larry's team ha been great to work with.
So far they've done...
In October 2022 they did a total gut out and remodel of our guest bathroom.
In Spring 2023 they did a total gut out and remodel of our master bath, including installing a space saving sliding door.
In Winter 2024 they have done a gut out and remodel of the basement powder room...
Also in Winter 2024 they gutted out all old shelving but our new washer dryer of the laundry room...to dry wall underneath of stairs and ceiling (which previously had styrofoam in a few places), paint, installed a utility sink, wooden shelving in the nook, wooden table top folding space over washer dryer, and hung some shelving for me...
Also in Winter 2024 they replaced broken and non-existent shelves, some with soft close pull outs and others with fixed shelving.
Also in Winter 2024 they are creating a sewing nook space for me, so far I have a floating table top for sewing. More to come!

Bathroom and laundry renovation was fine, but it took a long time to complete. There was usually only one worker and at times they only worked a few hours or didn't show up.
There was very little communication with the contractor once the project got started. Therefore, most of design or placement was done without consultation. Email was the only way to communicate with contractor which was frustrating. Using a cell could have resolved the issues in a more timely manner. The design was a pen and paper rudimentary design. There were plumbing and electrical issues. Suggest you find out how much the additional cost will be for any extras or you will get sticker shock.
On a positive note the painting and tile work was done well and the employees were polite.
But I rate the company a three because of the management of the project, poor communication, length to complete and unexpected additional costs Services: Paint indoors, Remodeling
