Three weeks ago we employed Lgm Home Improvements to help us get our house ready to put on the market. They did a number of things for us, upgraded a bathroom with a new toilet and vanity and replaced all the tile and installed a new tub fixture. He built new closet shelves and repaired an outdoor deck, also repainted several rooms in our house and repaired the drywall in two of the ceilings. Installed a new sink faucet and disposal in the kitchen, painted our front door and stairs. They also stripped and refinished two flights of stairs for us and that came out well beyond our expectations. When all the work was completed they cleaned and waxed our wood floors, washed all of the windows and helped to get our outside yard looking good. Gabriel and his crew are capable, friendly and easy to work with. They were there on time and worked nonstop until everything was completed. Through the years we’ve worked with a number of contractors. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences we’ve had. They made everything easier during a stressful time for us and we highly recommend them. Gabriel and his team were hired to replace a lot of rotten wood on the front exterior of our townhome, as well as repaint our whole exterior. He had painted several of my neighbors' homes and we really liked his work, so we hired him as well. Gabriel communicated all information to me and answered right away for scheduling, quote, etc. The team was very professional and friendly. They removed and disposed of all materials and cleaned up after each day. They were also careful in my front garden to work around all of my plants! I needed new shutters and a vent so Gabriel ordered and picked them up, which was very convenient. He also replaced our back porch light. The team did clean, quality work and were very efficient. Gabriel of Lgm Home Improvement did a wonderful job on remodeling our kitchen. We have not done a remodel in the kitchen since purchasing the home. Our house is a Tudor home and the remodel gave our dining and living room a more modern look. The whole kitchen was upgraded with the cabinet selection, unique tilework, replacement hood and fan exhaust, granite counters, tile flooring and our beautiful deep sink. LGM home improvements renovated my kitchen and did an excellent job. They performed the demo and removal of old cabinets and appliances and completely updated the whole room with a new layout. We had them remove a peninsula and added an island, convert range from electric to gas, install recessed lighting, remove bulkhead and extend cabinets to ceiling, and install a farmhouse sink. They also installed quartz countertops, tile backsplash, and tile flooring. It turned out amazing and we couldn't be happier! Gabriel made suggestions on time colors based on the counter we chose and we are glad we listened to him. Once the kitchen was done, I think we spent most of our days working from in there...it was our new favorite room! I believe the entire job from demo to completion took about 5 weeks so it was fairly quick given some "hiccups" we ran into. The quote we received was the best we got from about 4 different contractors and his timeline worked with ours (had a baby on the way and wanted it done before she arrived!). Gabriel is very personable and easy to work with - I would highly recommend!
