    There should be the option of (Zero) and they earn it, the attention in the office is terrible, a young lady Jessica, does not let you talk, the lady is quite terrible, they do not answer the calls, the repairs are left half done, they arrive to repair and they do not notify you, they do not even leave a note, if it is true they are owners of the apartments and buildings, but we pay rent and utilities and from there they pay their salary, improve the care and treatment of the residents, I am sorry if not They like my opinion, improve for the sake of the buildings.

    Wow. I recently renewed my lease with the complex because while my time here hasn't been great, it has been acceptable. However, I was welcomed today by a notice at my door claiming that I had an unauthorized pet on the premises that was identified during a recent pest inspection, demanding I pay the pet fees. I do not have a pet, so I called the office thinking maybe they identified the wrong apartment. Especially considering I have NO PET and did not receive any recent notice of a pest inspection (which would indicate someone entered the premises without notice). When I call I am asked if I recently posted a picture of a cat on the community forum. I had, because I was visiting my mother for Easter. However, I am extremely frustrated and feel violated that the complex would lie to me in their notice that they somehow witnessed the cat on the premises, which is blatantly untrue. Furthermore, the picture can't even be from my apartment as the carpet and baseboards are different colors. I find it disappointing that it took multiple months and ignored Maintenance requests and repeated calls to fix the safety hazard of exposed wires and a broken light fixture hanging from my building's entryway, but in less than a week I am falsely accused of having a pet and lied to about it because of a single picture posted in the community forum. Very disappointed by this experience.

    If you could have fewer stars you would do terrible customer service, you would constantly cover the The bathrooms and the sinks never answer the emergency number I've been living here for almost a year and I'm sorry without thinking to move here I advise you not to do it is disgusting to deal with the staff , the maintenance never repair anything , I show pictures of the nightmare I'm living today.
