DO NOT MOVE HERE. DO NOT. JUST DON'T EVEN ENTERTAIN THE IDEA. I would give this place negative stars if I could. There are becoming many security issues with vandalism, theft, graffiti in the hallways, random people sleeping in the hallways/stairwells. Residents have asked repeatedly for cameras or help with the package delivery area but packages are stolen within 10 minutes of being delivered. I now pay money to have a mailbox elsewhere. The parking garage doors have hardly worked and remain open for anyone to have access. Bikes get stolen from the bike cage. The management is currently not present on site and there are no communications regarding what residents are experiencing or how it is to be remedied. We moved here back in 2019 and it was a nice, well-kept, property and we received constant emails from the office staff regarding issues, policies, and nice things they were doing. It has since degraded into hell. The grounds are not kept up, the flower beds are ugly and overgrown, the amenities are trashed, kids run amok stealing and spraying fire extinguishers, throwing pool balls at the TVs in the common areas, and are now damaging vehicles in the garages. The parking situation is extremely unfair and not monitored. We pay $80-100 per month for one car to park in the garage that remains open where anyone can park - including those going to Metro next door. There aren't even visitor spots marked in the garage so those of us that live there and have to schlep our groceries and kids, etc. inside do not get to park closer to the doors because everyone's "guests" take up the spaces. Motorcycles pay $30 a month and take up the same exact spots that cars do at full price (there are not even any smaller spots specifically for motorcycles). The walls/floors are thin so you hear everything your neighbors are doing. I could go on. The office staff are not immediately available if you need them in an urgent situation. The only way to reach them is through text or email, which is often ignored. We had friends move out and had not turned in their keys yet but went back to the apt to get a few final things and clean up, but walked in to find the door open and that the contractors had been there for days already changing carpets and painting walls - my friends' things were no where to be found and the lease was not even up yet. I've lived in a lot of apartments over the last 25 years, I've never lived in one that was so badly managed in my life. Maintenance does a great job of getting things fixed in a timely manner and Mulu does her best to help, but it seems like her hands are tied with the situation from the higher management. It would make a HUGE difference if the local management was on site and had a presence around the community. Also, instead of installing smart locks and internet that they are forcing everyone to have with a new lease or renewal, they need to put that money into security. I no longer feel safe living here.

apartments are eh... ok at best. had a mouse in the apt twice. back screen door and door itself has never locked properly. great potential for break-in! also if you enjoy the sound of a loud forklift every other morning for 1.5 hrs+ like you're living in a construction zone then this is the apartment for you! rent is $2400/mo so i'm moving back to TX at the end of this year where rent is half the price! management also made the mistake of charging us the 1st year rent deal for the 2nd year as well so we had an AWESOME time paying back what we owed the 2nd year! the parcel pending lockers here are poopoo as well. had a package worth over $200 and lost it since the management said they couldn't do anything for me because the carrier put it in one of them when i didn't have access to them and they told me that I had to contact the carrier (fedex) which would never answer the phone. i recommend not using the parcel lockers. ever. in short, the only good thing about this apartment complex is the parking garage. other than that, if you don't care for a parking garage, maybe look elsewhere. :) .|..
