Bailey's Crossing Apartments

"My apartment is clean and fresh looking. The elevator makes it easy to carry groceries from the car. Entrance into the complex is restricted to residents and invited guests. I feel very safe."

giving 3 stars because i love the staff, but after moving to a different luxury apartment. i can adamantly say its not worth the pricing. there are rats and roaches(rats dont usually get into the building though). you can tell the buildings were cheaply renovated. there is caulking stained into the bathroom floors, and the caulking that was done was pretty bad. apartment wasnt cleaned when i moved in. now for the good things. great staff and i mean great, very reasonable and understanding. lots of events with free food, drinks and music. 24/7 gym and nice pool. my main issue though is how one of the staff just sat there and watched me reverse my moving truck into something and didn't warn me at all starred directly at me, yet immediately called maintenance. great community, great location, and slightly above average apartments!

We have lived at Bailey's Crossing since 2016 and would not consider living anywhere else! The staff are friendly, professional, and responsive to all requests. The community is beautiful and well-maintained. Our apartment home is gorgeous and spacious! Bailey's Crossing is located near shops and 395; there is also a shuttle to the metro. All you can desire will be found at Bailey's Crossing!

Living at Bailey's Crossing has been an absolute delight the calm and peaceful environment here is unparalleled. The staff, particularly Jose and Nate, stand out with their exceptional attentiveness and service orientation. Their dedication enhances the overall experience, making it a truly wonderful place to call home.

I give maintenance a 5 star! Leo and his team are always prompt when it comes to my request. They also fix issues promptly as well. Today my dryer knob broke and even though its close to the end of the day, Leo still fixed the issue.
