Big O Tires

If i could leave negative stars i would. I went to this location to get my tires rotated, they told me 30 minutes which was no problem after 40 minutes they had not done anything but move my car from one side of the parking lot to the other. We had then asked them when it would be done which then they said to give them 15 more minutes. They had informed us they wouldnt be able to rotate my tires due to one tire being close to bald which was no problem The problem is the fact when i did get my car i checked my dash camera (for context i have a manual transmission). The technician who drove my car from one side of the parking lot to the other rode on the clutch the whole time, burning it, and revving it up. if he did not know how to drive it correctly he shouldnt have been the one driving it. And why drive my car to the opposite side if you werent even ready to work on it yet? Then theres another technician who tried to drive my car from the parking lot to the garage, again having to move it back to the whole other side of the parking lot again. He did not know how to drive it. He did not ask for help once he saw it was manual, he instead decided he would try to learn on my car. Where he then stalled it MULTIPLE times and burnt my clutch so bad. He finally did go get help but this other technician who was supposed to help sat in the passenger seat trying to play teacher so the first technician could learn some more still stalling and ruining my clutch. In the videos which i have multiple of, they are speaking in Spanish but i got it all translated and you can clearly hear theyre having a teacher/student moment in MY car. At the end of the video you can hear someone come up to them and say learn on your own car but the 2 technicians continue to just laugh thinking it was the funniest thing in the world but it wasnt. EXTREMELY unprofessional, inconsiderate, and disrespectful. I have contacted corporate about this incident already but thought id leave a review to warn anyone about coming here especially if you have a manual transmission.

I use to have nothing but good things to say about this place until now! If you want to have your car sit at big O all day, not be called to come get it, and also once you have retrieved the car notice that NOTHING was done, then please go there. They are great about doing nothing with your car and saying they did.

Excellent customer service from Will. He took great care of me while he fixed the flat on my horse trailer. He was kind and went the extra mile to help me get back on the road quickly. Will should get a nice raise. Well done Will

The folks at the Tooele Big O are great. They are knowledgeable and helpful. You can get great advice from them. They do much more than just tires!

Nothing but the very best costumer service. We hadnt had such luck at other tire shops around Tooele so we chose to go to BIGO and we are so happy we did!!! I have big O tires on my trucks and my wifes van now and they are safe and really are good tires too high quality tires. They dont only do tires but also inspect your vehicle for other issues too under the hood or your suspension. We are just grateful to know they are there to help serve us when we need it most. Thank you guys. Chase, Danny, Ishmael and all the others. ;)
