Service advisors are very kind until they have to solve a problem, at which point some feel brave. Unprofessional and dishonest technicians, these technicians inappropriately placed a lug nut in my vehicle and said nothing. Days go by and I realize that a lug nut is very open and of course I hire another company to fix it and I bring them the bill for their mistake and of course no one wants to pay for mistakes for some reason the manager is never present and is not able to resolve a problem. such a simple problem. My intention is to warn you, please check in detail before removing your car from here, because they break things and they will not tell you, think if after coming here you have to come more because "something else failed" think twice maybe they broke something . I'll be here waiting for the manager's response, and you know who I am. Oh Your boys destroy too much lug nuts? to know who I am.
