Very bad experience, bad work, called to come check the car because it was malfunctioning and did not respond, I do not recommend it.

Traveling through the area and started having issues and was able to use this service. He went above and beyond to help and seemed to really care about getting us the help that we needed. Very professional. Knowledgeable and very fair prices. Went to a couple other shops first and he was the only one willing to help. Don't make my mistake and if in the area come to him first. I reached out to Horrocks Services for help with my Diesel truck. Turns out what help I needed they couldn't do but they were honest, up front, answered my questions, and gave me recommendations of who to go to. Very thankful for this upstanding company. Service: Engine repair

I was a little skeptical going to Davis the owner of Horrocks Sevices because I didn't see any reviews, I had a bad experience getting some new light assembly put on my truck. The last place broke one of them because the guy was forcing the plug in the assembly. I got a replacement and I started searching for someone local. I reached out to Davis and explained what happened and told him I didn't want it broken again Davis responded with confidence. He used some greaser lube and plugged it in no problem. Not only that he went out of his and found the last company completely made a mess of wiring bundled all over the place and was wrapped with tape and hanging by the edge of my grill. He snipped the excess and completely put everything together like the previous professionals failed to do. He didn't even ask for more money but I tipped him anyway. Take it from me this may not be a big shop but his service was top notch and he will be the only mechanic touching my vehicle from now on.
