The agent was very professional. However, I never received my policy in the mail.(Address was read back with no errors). I even reached out to customer service 2 times to request it. After never receiving it I decided to look into canceling my policy. The reason I decided to get insurance was because I was reassured and told you can cancel Any time and you will be refunded all the premium minus any claims. Well turns out I was misinformedwhen I tried to cancel the customer service told me in order to be refunded I have to have a policy with them for 25 years!
