Chase Bank

Worst bank ever. One of the worst branches as well. Now I know why I never see anyone in there. $10 to cash a check from someones account that banks with them. The customer who wrote me the check was appalled and is going to bank somewhere else. Never been so irritated in my life. So frustrated that it cost them $10 to punch a few numbers and cash a check. Not to mention how rude the female teller was. I was booking over after I left this branch.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a business owner and every time I come in the blond girl in the front is always so rude to me. She always brushes me to the side. Every time Im there Im treated so rudely and disrespected. I dont know why I can drive to Lehi and get treated so well down there but this branch always treats me so wrong I have never been treated so horribly. Take you business somewhere else!

Opened an Blackrock 529 Educational account for two of my grandchildren and went to the Chase bank (where I opened up the accounts) to deposit more into their accounts. The advisor that set it up is no longer employed at the bank. Made calls and visited the bank and was told to call Blackrock directly. Spoke to a representative and was transferred a couple of times. They told me that they didnt show any records and suggested that I go back to the bank. The advisor at the bank called two different departments within JP Morgan but they couldnt find anything. I even printed up a copy of the documents that I signed and showed them. It turns out that it was just an application to open the accounts. Why was it not sent and where did the money go? The advisor from the bank finally told me that the only thing that I could do is check Ohios (location of Blackrock) unclaimed money for the $200 ($100 for each grandchild) that I put into my grandchildrens accounts. Of course I tried that route but found nothing. I wouldnt recommend JP Morgan to anyone. They should take responsibility for not sending the application and money to Blackrock.
