I pulled up to the drive thru window 1 minute before close and the workers hid themselves off to the side of the window out of eye site as I sat there for 5 minutes hoping maybe on a prayer I could get my check cashed which I so desperately needed to afford my medication to the dollar amount, but no they literally hid themselves because a last minute customer showed up and they didn't want to do their job. No I'll go without my nerve medication another day and miss another day of work which may cost me my rent this month. Thanks so much I hope no one banks here. I'm only here because someone else wrote me a check who banks here....

I bank with multiple banks/credit unions and branches and this is by far one of the worst locations Ive ever been to. The customer service is absolutely horrific, and the bank tellers are awful at their jobs I was the only car in the drive thru and sat there for over 15 minutes waiting for help. What a joke

If I could give zero stars I would have. I came into this establishment to deposit a large amount of cash. I needed to use the restroom, while looking for it, I was rudely greeted by a woman with a snobby attitude, asking me what I wanted. I asked for the restroom and she said we dont have a Public one.. Im a palled that a renowned bank wouldnt have a place for their customers to use the restroom. I certainly wont be banking here at this Location. Get a bathroom for your customers we spend enough money with your Fees and such you should have a place for us to use a toilet.
