The WORST company to get a car loan with. Besides stupid high interest rates, During COVID they only offered me ONE solution & got behind ever since. My only option was to pay or let it get repod. No options worst so ever. By far the worst company and offers no help when you need it the most.

Dylon is the man! Promote this guy. Wasnt pushy with any unnecessary products but noticed that I was paying my mortgage with a check and suggested setting up automatic payments. This will save me A TON of time trying to get to the credit union! Thanks again Dylon

We have had 3 months in a row of our mortgage payment being made from our bank to UFirst's P.O. Box 58025, Salt Lake City, UT 84158. Each time, a problem. Last time they deposited into my savings account , this time they can't find it even though it was showing cashed . The customer service person tells me the receptionist opens the mail. So if you're the receptionist reading this, please For Mirrione mortgage payments because I'm mailing another one right now using the Highland Drive address per the customer service reps recommendation. This has been the most aggravating 3 months. I used online bill pay for a decade and never had a payment get lost from my bank. So I know it is UFirst. The underwriting process was really disorganized too, that should have been our first clue. They are not ready to process loan payments. If you're a manager and you're reading this, give me a call because I My $2000 mortgage payment from February 6 that is lost But she cashed at Zions bank.
