Not a bad branch, but certainly understaffed and always has long waits. My experience with a loan officer (she has been mentioned in other reviews but I wont name her) was really poor and she gave me some pretty bad information.

Never use their ATM to deposit cash. It verified all of my cash and then HELD MY CASH for two days before depositing into my account! So awful. Why even verify the money if you're going to wait until the machine is serviced to deposit?

This line is so slow moving and workers say well be right with you 3cars later It's sad that they let lines get backed up.

Horrible. Their account specialist Spencer B. told me that they don't do limit increases on secured credit cards, so I opted to open a whole new credit card aside from my secured. Got approved and opened the account. The trouble is that he told me to expect a new account, but then changed it up at the last minute and simply "unsecured" my secure card to increase the limit rather than opening a new account like we'd discussed. He never bothered to inform me that this is what he doing and the result is that my finances are now a complete mess because I thought I had the ability to separate expenses by account when I did not and no one bothered to inform me. When I emailed him about this to clarify, he didn't even bother to respond. I had to spend an entire lunch hour in the branch just to get answers about what happened. Utterly shameful example of customer service. I have a good mind to file a CFPB complaint against these guys.
