I'm leaving a 3 star review instead of one star because I don't necessarily want the rating to go down for this bank, but I do want someone to acknowledge it. I was calling on business and the customer service rep wasn't very polite. I call many banks every day and I always get answers from very kind and professional reps from all the banks I've called, but this one was the exception. I was very kind and professional and she seemed harsh and gave me some sass. I thought the way she handled things was rude and slightly unprofessional. I assume that the other employees of this bank have better attitudes. I just wanted to let someone at the bank know.

I personally don't like when people ask for my social over the phone. It's a red flag to me.

So grateful to Carolyn for taking charge of my loan when it was time to close! She is so friendly, knowledgeable, and she never minded it when I called her out of the blue with a question(as I did SEVERAL times lol) Thanks again, Carolyn and Liberty Bank! I love my new tiny home :)
