    WOuld give - stars if I could. I LOVED the U credit union for over 30 years before it became another greedy institution that seems to nullify the point of Credit Unions. They can't even get me a debit card after a year of trying. I am trying to remove my money and stop banking with them but it's hard due to auto payments and their branch locations. They also need to update their phone system as the tree sends you all over the place to insurance etc. to make more money, when I can't even access the money that I do have there.

    I've been using this credit union for 15 years. They recently upgrated their online platform. They didnt migrate my billpay, so I need to start over. My mobile app no longer works. Pretty much feels like I'm starting over at a new bank.

    Ive never been inside, so I can not speak for the customer experience. However, the drive-thru (abnormally loud) ATM is very reliable & gives you the option to withdraw cash in various denominations. Which I really, really, appreciated. Back in April, an e-commerce company (rhymes with hay) stole my livelihood. That company received no consequences for their actions. Before that happened, this ATM offered zero hassles to withdraw cash. I really miss those days. I long to use this ATM again, I still have some hope for better days like my memories past. Before I lost everything, before the faceless corporate specter; ruined my future.

    Would give them NO stars if that was possible. My spouse and I finally made the tedious switch from WF to UFCU. We have been completely gutted, frustrated, and highly disappointed. Would NOT recommend! Their system is cumbersome, confusing, and not at all not intuitive. The app is abysmal. The account numbers are Incredibly confusing. You are forced to have a savings account for each checking account even if you dont need them. Which further complicates your accounts. Setting up and reviewing transfers are nearly impossible to understand (online and through the app). Weve had automatic transfers randomly stop. Our auto payment was cancelled without us doing anything (took 3 phone calls over 3 months to sort it out). Their phone system is horrible. Have had checks not go through without any rational or follow up. All in all have next to nothing positive to say about our experience and would talk anyone out of using them that I could.

    Has gone downhill significantly in terms of customer service and web site. I used to be so glad to be able to talk to a real person and get problems solved and the website was simple and accurate. Now they make so many mistakes, it's hard to reach anybody and their website is a confusing mess. They changed what ATM's you are allowed to use and failed to tell people they were going to do that and when I called and asked, the customer rep said, "Yeah, I guess we could have done better on that. You might wanna check around and try different machines. Some probably still work." Today I got my new Visa debit card and could not access it because the number it directed me to call didn't even mention the possibility of being able to activate a card even after it asked me for the number and expiration date. These people used to be first rate and since Covid have obviously cut corners everywhere.
