Zions Bank Avenues

As of 8/3/2022 the service manager Tyler is a notary. He helped us with a very last minute set of documents and he did an incredible job. We were under time constraints and he stayed calm and got everything done right and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this branch if everyone has as good of customer service skills as Tyler!

Unfortunately, more than 75% of the time I leave this bank I am super frustrated. All the regular tellers are nice enough and seem eager to help, but when something is beyond their power and they ask the tellers that have the appropriate power - those tellers don't seem interested in helping. One word answers without expounding on what other options you have, things like that. Put this together with the fact that all the larger banks out there can do everything 5x faster, have more ATMs, and better hours....and you get me closing my accounts. We used to have 3, now we're down to 1, and I'm planning on getting rid of it.
