Einstein Bros. Bagels

I was in this morning and ordered a tomato, avocado, bacon breakfast sandwich. I went to work and started eating my sandwich - I was about half way through when I realized that it wasnt what I ordered. I paid extra for the avocado and tomato because I was really excited about it this morning. Called twice to just make the team aware and cant even get through to anyone. Needless to say, I wont be spending my money at this einsteins anymore.

This place has fallen down in quality of product and cleanliness. It is dirty and run down. They removed the seating during COVID but have not brought the tables and chairs back. They write in their responses to other peoples comments about this that is due to safety but really they dont want people to eat there. Their goal to be strictly a take away business. This is very unwelcoming and sends the message to customers that they literally dont want us there.

Food always good and quick.  BUT, can you PLEASE bring the Dining room seating back??  Unless it's a lack of employees, which I understand, keeping the store take out only at this point is ridiculous and a huge inconvenience many of your customers.

Always great location and great bagels after hiking in Millcreek Canyon. The bathrooms need desperately to be remodeled. Love you guys, always leave a tip!
