        Hipster service, needs improvement. No tables to sit, the location on 15th East has seating, you guys get with it... 4/5/24 My bagel was stone cold by the time I got home, another reason to bring back seating...other locations have seating and your cut and paste response was pathetic. And BTW, if you had seating, your revenue would increase...guaranteed. Going forward I'll head to 15th East...this location needs serious re-do.

        App was supposedly not working but the employee didnt check for my order just took a new one, so I ended up paying twice. I got double the food but not the drinks. They used to have indoor seating but I guess this location is moving in the opposite direction of others in SLC they took out the one inside table they had.

        I went to eat with my wife and we came across ray excellent customer service, I should encourage workers like her with how hard it is to have good customer service

        Coffee was gross. The whole place was really dirty. My friend got food and it seemed decent but took 15+ minutes for a bagel.
