I bought my Lexus from Steven Wade 6 months ago and have traveled a lot. When I called to get my oil changed and tires rotated I thought it would be a week or so to get in but they got me in the next day. The guys running the service center were amazing. Chandler went and scanned my vin and got my car right in. It was a lot quicker than I thought and they txt me and told me my car was ready to be picked up. I will be going back for sure!

The dealership gives the image of being the best place to buy a car. The sales part is always going to be the same. If you see the quality in how the car is cleaned and prepped for delivery, it doesnt new that expectation. Ive seen dealership, where the sales person would go and help get the car cleaned or go fill the car up with gas etc. Id say give me $50 and call it a day, so I could take it to a kid that would wash and clean inside and out better than how it was delivered to me. The deal worked out at the time added extra services if we ever go dings and all for extra to my monthly payment, so if the touching up of paint to the scratches we asked to get done are the same results as the extra money in payments for that same service. I would have opted to add get that service. Its all about the dealership saying a lot and what they give you in return is a lot of excuses. The whole experience was one big hit mess. The communication within the dealership pretty much sucks. I was called that my plates are in and to come pick them up. I tell the girl that Im bringing the car in the following week and if they could be put on when I drop it off. Half day later get called that the car is ready. Car is half washed, inside clean was also half way done. The dealership got their deal and got paid, so anything after that is Oh well and the line of excuses.
