        Thank you for the work was done to the car its perfect now, thanks to Richard at the service department for dealing with the insurance company to get the authorization necessary to get the work done and get my car in and out in a couple days thank you Richard

        Not very good on time. Setting up an appointment for routine maintenance for 13:00, not done until after 15:00. Only thing added on to tire rotation and oil change was a cabin filter and air filter. If you believe 2 hours is a reasonable timeframe, please let me know. My expectation would be an hour maximum.
