This Nissan dealership has been calling my phone number for years and won't stop calling me. They call ask for a Robert and say sorry and hang up. I'll never be buying a car from this incompetent bunch.

Our salesperson was super nice and accommodating, but after I bought the car there’s a few problems with it only like a day after having it and parts are falling off while I drive. Dangerous and something that shouldn’t be happening when I paid as much as I did, this tells me their service people were not very thorough or someone didn’t do a very good job on maintenance before putting it on the lot. Make sure you triple check and test drive. Ask tons of questions and get the warranties so you don’t get screwed.

So last week my grandma took my car into stephen wade to get some recalled parts replaced while i was at work. It was supposed to be a 1 day job and we had it there right when they opened. It winds up taking them all day thursday, friday, and half of the day saturday. Now while that is annoying, that’s not why i’m upset. My car had some damage on the dash when i brought it in from my airbag expanding, but while “fixing” my car, they wound up tearing up the whole front end of my dash and the center console is barely still in place. When my grandma went to take it back this morning to see if they would fix it or anything, they said they couldn’t fix it because it was like that when it came in. At this point i don’t care if they fix it or not but they need to start owning up to what their mechanics are doing. Not the first time they have messed up/ stolen from my families vehicles and if i knew that it was being taken there to get fixed, i would’ve just kept the bad parts. Update: It’s the next day and while i was driving to work, my defrost vent that they “fixed” went flying towards me while getting onto the freeway. I can’t even keep it in place because they have pulled my dash up so bad (:
