My father was there for about 2 months. He was sedated for the first two weeks and fell twice in four days before his outside nurse found out why.
This is more like a babysitting place than an actual care facility. No exercise is provided and you must bring in EVERYTHING. Phone, t.v., lights, bedside table, chair, and have be darn sure they are doing the laundry.
The CNA Allie (sp) was the only pleasant one I spoke with.
Why Joel it took you weeks to go back and hook the t.v. up after I told you on day one. Then I spoke with you about it and it got done but as an after thought. You seemed more happy about getting your next patient on the day we arrived you left us in the middle of said arrive. I dont find this place professional at all but it was an emergency situation.
I was so happy to find out my father was able to move to the VA when a room opened. He even said the food was better.
I really don't know what we were paying for at River rd.??

Excellent care by staff and Management. Joel and Shauna went out of their way to support my Dads needs and work with us on logistics in getting him placed.

Its always a sad day when your parents or grand parents reach that point physically or mentally they need a care community.
My grand father had a fall and it was too much for our step grandmother physically. The care Grampa Jim received was above and beyond incredible. Medication compliance, mobility assistance, regular meals, 911 assistance and nice new friends to be around.
It was hard for my Dad to see Grampa reach that point. Jeff the CEO assisted in the care of paperwork and VA benefit coordination. He took a personal interest in supporting our whole family. Without Jeff and Beehives care, daily requirements for Grampa would have been overwhelming
Beehive is the Best!

Thank you SO much for the love and care that you provided to our father for nearly 2 years. He loved living at the River Road facility and called it his "home." The residents there were just like his family. He loved them all so much. It was the best thing we ever did for my father. He was happy and healthy in your care. We appreciate the love that was shown to him by all your staff. Thank you!

I cant even begin to express how grateful our family is for all the support from Beehive Homes. The staff was amazing and so concerned to the very end. They had to deal with an emotional family and really stepped up to help us out numerous times. Mildred loved everyone at the Beehive Home and so badly wanted to return. From the staff to the owners everyone was so great through this whole process. Thanks for all you did to make it feel like her home, Mildred definitely felt at home. She was a beautiful person that will be missed, there will always be a special part in my heart reserved for Beehive Home staff
