        Our father has dementia and has been at Southgate in the memory care unit for five months. Every member of staff we have encountered, from the nurses and aids to food service staff to activities directors to janitorial staff to administrators, everyone, has been excellent. Southgates director, Nina Heck, really goes above and beyond. She makes each resident feel special and important. Our dad is thriving. He is more social now than hes ever been in his life. We couldnt be happier with our choice of homes for our dad.
