I'd previously left a negative review that has somehow disappeared, curious... Here's what to expect here. The owners switch management every Christmas. If you travel out of town over the holidays to see family, expect disruptions to your automated payments and all the additional stress that brings. Owners went through 4 management companies during my 2 years here. On top of that now that I'm moved out (btw, they charge a 150 "cleaning fee" even if unit is spotless as other reviews attest to) they then threatened me with collections (no prior communication) rather than take the last month utilities out of my security deposit then went radio silent when I tried to pay. I cannot in any way recommend this place. From lack of maintenance, to management that doesn't care, to just dishonest practices, all of it seems endemic to the ownership of the property.

We have mold and had someone come look at it, he said yes that's mold I'll be back in a week and paint over it with "kills" witch we did some research and that DOES NOT kill mold it prevents it. We called the office and left a message about what we learned. We are on day two of no response and we are having to stay in the home with our child and dog that has mold under the sinks.

Way over priced for a small unit. The pool has not worked for years.

Worst experience every between multiple changes in management to having to move from my unit to a new one rent has sky rocket and I have neighbors who lived here longer then me paying less. the lack of snow removal! The snow has just been shoved around the parking lot is a dark and slippery ice rink no access to the handicapped spots and lights out in the parking lot! You cant get a hold of anyone they arent ever in the office phones arent answered and my child fell and busted his noggin last night I have documents and photos to prove nothing is being done about the snow removal.I have an elderly neighbor who almost fell try to get from their car to the stairs that only have railing on one side I can go on and on and on DO NOT MOVE HERE pay extra and go some where that will value you as a resident! So many renters right are being violated here I have talked with multiple other people here and were pretty much fed up! As you can see from other reviews its about the same theme no one cares simple as that
