One West

POTENTIAL TENANT BEWARE!!! My 20 year old daughter and some friends looked into housing at One West in 2021. They each paid the $40 application fee. They didnt even look at the apartment. Two and half years later they are all receiving calls from a collection agency telling them they each owe a $265.00 administration fee. They were never informed of this fee. The collection agency representatives behavior was very aggressive and threatening. Quite unbelievable that One West would even take this approach to working with future tenants. VERY unacceptable! So, if you are looking into this place, BEWARE of whats really going on.

I love living here at One West the office staff are very friendly, maintenance guys come the same day most of the time and fix what needs to be done very nice friendly, and make sure that they clean up after themselves.

Ive lived at this complex since 2021. Over the course of those years, my rent has gone up almost $500 from beginning. I was really toying with the idea of moving, and asked Mark (Office Manager) what my options are. He said what if we can get you in at the same price as last year?! Rent was only going up $16 for a lease renewal. I said sure, call your Regional (who was previously the office manager at this Complex, Mallory). He said he would talk with her and return my phone call to see what she can offer me. I waited days with zero communication back. I had to walk into the office and as for a follow up. Their Regional, Mallory, wasnt even willing to budge on $16 bucks!!! Not even an appreciation for picking your property again. She said it was a fair increase and there was nothing they could do even though Mark originally offered to help me somewhere. What a joke. There is dog poop everywhere. Gym has one piece of equipment. The floors in the apartments are scratched to hell. They dont clean the snow in reasonable time during winter seasons. I pay $2040 a month for 2bd. 2bth. But thanks to my $16 dollar increase that they felt I wasnt deserving of waiving.. that will now go up even more. Thank you Mallory and Mark for making me feel appreciated and valued. I know my payment history shows how valuable I am with all the early payments.
