        We visited today for the first time and Sophia was awesome. She was super nice and helpful when touring the model apartment. Answered all of our questions and we left feeling very good about Orchard Cove and want to rent there. Thank you Sophia!

      Orchard Cove is a well-cared for community beautifully located in Roy, Utah. Our over-sized floor-plans alone will amaze you. You will love our new huge Jacuzzi and kiddie splash pad, heated pool, the gas heat/central air, park-sized playgrounds, green court yard with a Pickle ball court, huge walk-in closets, breakfast bars, teacher/military discounts and the list goes on. We are close to shopping, Interstate access and Hill Air Force Base, yet in a quiet neighborhood.
