Wingspan Apartments

I havent been so unhappy with a leasing office in a long time. Things are changing so often here it feels impossible to relax and just live. I understand that the complex is still under development, but it seems like they have little care for their current tenants. Im feeling kind of scammed - They have started charging me for things outside of what is stated within my lease. Upon signing, I was told utilities and covered parking would be a billed at a certain fixed rate, and all of a sudden it is fluctuating and WAY more than originally agreed upon. Save yourself the trouble, look for luxury elsewhere.

UPDATE: this place used to be great up until they got taken over by cornerstone. They used to be able to work with tenants about rent payment but everythings downhill now. Within the time weve lived here (6 months) many people have already moved out as they can no longer afford it as the utilities keep going up with little to no explanation. The parking stalls got numbered and thats chaos getting those assigned. Let alone the sidewalks getting redone multiple times. The paint sticks to anything you have against the wall and god forbid you bump the wall and now its damaged since they made them to be fragile. The speeding in the parking lots have been brought up to management multiple times with nothing happening (just by myself alone). Also if the flex rent notifies you later than the 3rd of each month that your rent didnt go through then flex rent is no longer an option making you pay the full balance, late fee, and you get charged another $25 for them to post an eviction notice on the 4th of each month. My husband and myself are over it starting to look like this place isnt for anyone unless you have LOADS of money to spare. Garett and Hayley have made the process of getting our first apartment so easy! They were super nice and explained everything clearly. We truly were giving up hope that we would find a place to call our own. Weve loved being here so far and being treated not as tenants but as friends! This is a place I can see us staying at for quite a while!

I am renting here, but I do not like all the little unexplained fees added to the rent that make no sense. And why do I have to pay $90 for internet service that is spotty at best with a built-in modem inside my apartment? Before I moved here, I was paying $30 for exceptional service. I'm told I can't use my own BBQ grill because the complex has gas grills for me to use in about another year or more. There is so much that is "offered" here, yet it's just not here yet. A lot to pay for nothing built yet. I should have looked better at my options and chosen somewhere else.

Ive lived here for almost 2 months now, and I have zero complaints! Garrett and Hayley were awesome to work with and very friendly! Best experience Ive ever had with renting!!

Me and my boyfriend are so thankful for Garret and Hayley, they not only found us our new home, but worked hard to make sure it was perfect for us before we moved in. I would 10/10 recommend Wingspan Apartments for anyone looking for a place to live. Thank you.
