Would NOT recommend this company to anyone. We had a dead smell in our heater duct, called Friday night 6-7 got to talk to dispatcher, Told him about the smell, Asked if they had Cameras to look down and see what it was, He said they Did and talked about a negative vacuum system to clean ducts, He said they could do it Sunday, He said $199 for up to 10 vents, That was the good part. Sunday Came and technician came out, Pulled out his phone and removed vent and took picture, I asked him about his Camera to look for Dead rodent, He said they only use Camera on Commercial work, He then said he was working on Quote, I Told him i was quoted $199, He said i needed deep clean and biohazard fee, Totaling $1500.00, Needless to say he did not do the job. He also stated he was a sub-contractor for United Air Duct .
