Our heat tape failed several times, snow had to be cleared and Black Diamond came out multiple times to fix it. In the end, they replaced the entire heat tape without charge. Thank you Bryce, Chase and Jayce. With a 27 year old home, a lot is starting to fail. Helpful to have the Black Diamond service plan. We also had Ryan visit for plumbing and John S. to install a new home steamer/humidifier. This group is ALL about excellent customer service and seeing the job through. Thanks guys!

I scheduled two technicians to come over today to do a tune-up of my heating system/humidifier and a flush of tankless hot water heater. Tyler H. did the HVAC and Stetson who was the plumber took care of the hot water heater and checked my water pressure. I wish I couldve given them more than five stars, thats how impressed I was with their professionalism and knowledge. Additionally, they were very polite and so willing to answer questions that I had about the systems. They really knew what they were doing, so much so, that they were able to even give me great recommendations! For instance, Tyler H. explained to me how I could improve the flow in my HVAC system, and how I could keep costs down by making one small change, and how to program certain features from the Nest thermostat like the humidity level in the house. He even went out of his way to help find where he could get a canister to replace the one in the humidifier. It was not a well-known humidifier, so it was more difficult to locate. And Stetson, the plumber, let me know that the PRV valve that had been originally installed, had a useful life of about another year. He let me know ahead of time, before anything happened, that Black Diamond Experts could install a new one, and gave me the price if I wanted to have that done down the road. And he adjusted the water pressure and gave me some advice on the water softener, that I should get in touch with the company that did the installation because it was probably still under warranty, but it had more water in it then he was used to seeing. And he also shared some great tips regarding my garbage disposal and the dishwasher. And I have to add that the Black Diamond staff that manages the appointments were great at communications. One technician was running a little longer (about 20min) on the previous appointment so I was immediately called by the scheduling office to keep me informed. Overall, I had an outstanding experience with Black Diamond Experts. They really are experts and a model of what a great company looks like!
