I have been searching for a consistent, reliable plumbing service for years now. Pretty sure I've tried them all. Tingey is now my preferred company because all aspects of their company are top notch. Their office manager is super friendly and responsive. Their technicians are reliable, intelligent and actually do call you when they're on their way to your property. As a property manager communication is of the upmost importance and they do a fantastic job in regards to that. My experience with Tingey has been superb and I look forward to continue working with them in the future.

Very helpful & top notch communication. I received 2 calls BEFORE my appointment AND the serviceman was actually early to the appointment. I recently purchased the home, so he spent extra time explaining the AC system and what he was doing to service it. Very friendly, very helpful, early arrival, & proactive communication - what else could I ask for from a service company? Will definitely use again!

After one local plumber completely flaked on me, I was lucky enough to have found Tingey on another site and called them to install some bathroom faucets and fix a toilet. Candy was incredibly friendly and helpful and was able to get someone out to me the same day. Darren arrived promptly and was terrific. He was patient and polite, explained everything clearly (even showed me some things I didn't know about my condo), gave a clear explanation of the costs, and did all the little things that make the difference between a good experience and a great experience (like putting on the little booties over his shoes and cleaning up after he was done). He was very thorough and did a great job on the installation. Customer service like this is so rare and memorable, it feels almost old-fashioned -- you just feel good about working with people who obviously take great pride in their work. I would highly recommend Tingey to anyone in the SLC/Park City area that needs help with plumbing or heating.
