It's in Orem. But not bad for the neighborhood it's in.

The building was clean and nice But what I rented was a bed And the bed was nasty

Clean, welcoming, quiet, good location.

Outdated, but very clean and doesn't smell like smoke. Owner is very nice and easy to talk to.
