Candie at Lomond Peak really cares about her residents. She is always a pleasure to work with. She has helped find housing for residents after they graduate from rehab, making sure they find the perfect fit where they will be taken care of.

This place needs to be shut down for how inconsistent the changes are with the Resdients and care adult protective services needs to get involved I got let go cause I bring up these issues and they saw me as a liability once I told them if things didnt change I would report them to adult protective services worse heal care I have ever seen in my life

My mother moved into Lomond Peak 2 years ago. We have nothing but compliments to give the staff at Lomond. The building is clean and staff are very attentive to my mother. She has formed bonds with the CNAs and enjoys socializing with her fellow residents. Management has always been quick to respond and accommodate any requests she has.

When the administrator changed from Ken to Max this facility went down hill, fast!!! They are understaffed and undertrained! They have no idea what the current CDC policies are and state guidelines. We were not allowed an in room visit until the end of June. It was allowed by the CDC at the beginning of April - April 8th. The nursing staff was extremely demeaning and derogatory to my brother in law, who has dementia. He was ALWAYS IN FILTHY UNWASHED CLOTHES, even when they knew we were coming for a visit. It is filthy with urine in the hallways. Residents walk around in their nightclothes and bare feet. It is appalling to see people live like this. Feet black from the filthy floors and clothes that are so soiled they need to be disposed of. Max, the administrator REFUSED to let us leave the facility. We asked six (6) times!! He would not let us out until we threatened to call the state.
This is a pitiful excuse for a nursing home. Please do not put a loved one here! It is one of the worst mistakes we ever made!!!

My brother-in-law still has nightmares and severe anxiety about his stay there. Whenever we take him out he asks us if we are taking him back to the BAD place! It is heartbreaking the negative impact Lomand Peak Nursing and Rehab has on him!
