A horrible place my Son was horribly neglected. They did nothing for his extreme pain and anxiety. If I hadn't made a drs appointment for March 16 2023. He would have died there alone. Where was the Dr? Why didn't they recognize he had a pneumothorax, sepsis and his oxygen staturation was only 73 that his blood pressure was very low. Thank God his Dr was at Mackay dee...admitted him after ER drained the infection in his lungs...that was Friday he died Monday morning. I never got a call from Crestwood that he was worse. They don't know what they are doing. The patient advocate, is no advocate. Does notvkeep in touch with family, even though Mike signed a waiver that the staff could speak to me about his condition. I have never been as frustrated as I was during the time he was there. I was there seeing him at least 3 times a week. Neglect, lies, just no feeling good when I would leave his side to go home to rest. I'm so so sorry my Son for exposing you to such neglect and terrible pain.

Crestwood is such a welcoming nursing home that cares for all walks of life. They are taking care of venerable community members and cant be happier with their care.

this place stinks. LITERALLY SMELLS! only 2 nurses for the whole place? Anytime I ask something be done for my mom im told "Oh its a process" One nurse says she has borderline personality disorder and shes bi polar? Ummm WHAT! And they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!
