Ive been here for three years. I love working here. I love taking care of our veterans. It is very rewarding. Their plan of care is taken very seriously. The cnas, nurses, and doctors are very involved in their care.

My husband is given excellent care in the Delta Pod.All the caregivers are very kind. The food is very good in fact they eat better than I do! The dietary staff serving the food are very friendly and are always willing to correct a menu if requested. The meals are not the same for all as some individuals are on special diets and their meals are prepared special.

The George E. Wahlen Ogden Veterans Home is a very special place. All of the services they provide are top notch - facilities, housekeeping, food, therapies, nursing, aids, and administration. But the thing that makes this place special is the people working there - ALL of them. They are uncommonly kind, compassionate, emphathetic, pleasant, and caring people. There are not words to thank them enough for the care they provided my Dad. To the person, everyone there will greet you with a smile, a "hello", and a "how can I help you?". I can not recommend this veterans home more highly.
