        I called to inquire about their maintenance plan for electrical as well as AC heating. Melissa was kind enough to send me the information I called back and emailed for some specific prices on some of the electrical work as I need an extensive electrical overhaul on my home. I was told the information was passed on. They would get back to me. Were going on two weeks now and I havent heard a thing. I have decided that they are either too busy for the job or they dont want it. Red flag message received sorry to bother you Thanks.

        Great customer service from Kris. Had new thermometers installed and tech discovered unexpected issues, which were fixed but the bill became a lot more expensive than we had originally expected. Kris at the office worked with us, listened to our issues, and was very reasonable in the reduction of the bill. Very happy with my interactions with them. Thank you for your considerate staff.
