My mother paid nearly $500 for them to replace the motor in her outside unit. After he left, the AC still would not work. She had the same man come back out and take freon from the unit. IT STILL DIDN'T WORK. My parents called someone else, the new guy had to clean the coils and put more freon in the AC. This company said they sent their best. THEIR BEST WAS BAD!! My parents paid them, never asked for the money back, but the company should have offered a return on all labor.
