Carl came to my home this morning for my yearly inspection and he was so nice and very knowledgeable about the unit we had. Carl told us how to maintain the unit in the future. I would highly recommend Carl to anyone that needs A/C help.

What a wonderful experience! We had another company come out last year for a/c repairs. Through many visits, we kept having different issues come up on each visit costing more money. End the end, they basically told us that maybe we should consider replacing the central air unit even though it was only 14 months old. After spending close to $1500.00, we did not get the unit repaired!! We waited for 6 months without a/c and decided to call a/c contractors. They made me an appointment the same day and our technician Carl came out on time. He was so professional and so friendly. He spent his time testing every part of the system. He took pictures of all components and explained every step he was taking to resolve the problem. When he identified the problem, with a leaky coil, he explained that they would use the guarantee for the parts and we would just have to cover labor and Freon. The biggest surprise was when he quoted the price for the repairs!!! We were so please with the estimate after dealing with the other company that we approved to move forward with repairs! The same day, Carl called us back and said they had a coil on hand and scheduled repairs the next day!! Now the system is up and running!!! So pleased, I could go on and on about how happy I am with Carl and this company! Since they had a coil in stock, they even took an additional $60.00 off the estimate!! No surprises on the final bill except for the reduction in costs!!! A/contractors have me as a customer for life. If all the technicians are like Carl, you cant go wrong. To the owner of the company, please do everything you can to keep Carl with your company! Thanks again for the wonderful experience.
