Someone called to schedule a time to pick up my sleep study but left a voicemail as I was at work. I have called back multiple time for 2 weeks, left countless voicemails, and even went the supervisor route which I got no answer and a full mailbox. This is frustrating because I am ready to find out what I can do for my current problem

While I'm generally hesitant to criticize, I share my experience in the hope that it prompts improvement in their healthcare. Here are the key points: You won't consult with a doctor despite requesting one; obtaining a machine involves unnecessary hurdles. Returning the machine results in prolonged delays for a refund (I'm still waiting months later). For healthCARE, I recommend exploring alternative providers.
