Beyond frustrating. The good: I saw the Nurse Practitioner (Courtney) and Dr. Quereshi while admitted for pneumonia. Both were great. Got my meds corrected and I healed quickly. They said to follow up with them within 2 weeks after discharge it took 3.5 weeks to get on the schedule. No huge issue. Met with Courtney (NP) and had a great visit and she made what seemed like a great plan with some great long-term options/ ideas. 5/5 stars. So far. But. She needed a couple days to determine which option was best A or B. After 2 weeks of no communication I called. And got the runaround and finally left a message. I waited a couple days. No communication. I called again. More runaround. Another message left. I had an appointment to pick up a sleep study device. I went. Very smooth. 5/5. While there I asked about the follow up. Oh I spoke to you last week they never got back to you? Nope. She then put in an urgent request. Still nothing. I returned the device a few days later. Inquired again about a follow up. Was sent down the hall to the main office. An office staff member printed off info about an inhaler that I already had and thats all the info they could find. Still no connection to the NP or the plan. 1/1 Fast forward another week. No communication. And now Ive run out of Rx allergy meds prescribed by my previous Dr (that the NP said I would no longer need). Massive allergy attack. Still cant get ahold of anyone. Just left another message. 1/5 So. Heres the synopsis: Care: 5/5 Follow up & communication: 0/5 But 1 is as low as I can go. So. Frustrating. Very glad I did not pay up-front like they wanted me to (I have a high deductible insurance plan and its always best to run it first and pay the difference). Ill be back to update and possibly change my rating.

Been to many Dr.s over they years, This is by far the most enjoyable experience in a doctors practice i have had. Fast, greeted by both ladies within 3 seconds of walking in. Friendly, got to the point, seemed to appreciate the fact i had the book of paper work already filled out and ready for her. They are as thorough in check in/current health readings as the paperwork is. Had Dre and i believe his trainee check me in [Vitals] and do a preliminary Q & A about my issue why I was there. 5 minutes and they had it under control and my confidences were high that i was in the right place. The Good Doctor acme in, nice conversation about issues and what I was referred there for. He listens and had the answers to what had to happen and why to get the proper sleep apnea machine. Do not hesitate to come see these nice folks if you need them.
