Device starting popping up with multiple errors on the display ,headed down and I couldn't be more elated by the level of care and thorough explanation provided by Leangie Reyes. Love HEARTSTRONG! They have the best customer service and overall experience. I was with another company before and everything was always getting messed up from supplies to billing. Never had a problem with HEARTSTRONG. Always very friendly and helpful. They really have it together. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Heartstrong!

Everything from the at-home sleep study, ordering of CPAP and supplies, and working with my insurance was efficient. The staff are fantastic and responsive to your needs. They even followed up with new machine after the machine I received was defective. I highly recommend.

I meant to only order one item yesterday and somehow I ordered two. I was going to contact the bank t0o cancel one of them but before i could your representative Vana sent me a text to verify the order because she thought I had made a mistake. I couldn't believe that she went out of her way to contact me. Whoever reads this to know I thank you for hiring someone like Vana who cares about people. Yall need to do something nice for her. Thanks again Vana, you rock!!
