Went there and the office was closed despite the hours posted on the wall. They clearly dont care about business here bc they dont ever answer their phone or return voicemails. What a waste of gas

No staff at the office during reported office hours. Left several messages and never received call back. Elevator not working for 9 days. How is this acceptable for a property marketed to senior citizens who are handicapped?
We chose this property for our parents because we believed they would be safe. Regretting our decision.
