Stopped by the property for a visit. I have to say that it was BEAUTIFUL. So peaceful and clean. Convenient for shopping and dining.

Another update: Ive been having problems registering on the Retreat website for several months.
I am grateful to Jose and Paris for being so patient with my avalanche of emails and calls, especially since it turns out it was entirely my fault: I incorrectly used the capital M in my username.
We are very fortunate to have a professional and helpful management team.
Just want to update my previous review. During my stay here three property managers have already changed. Why to bring someone who doesn't know the job or our community, while we have an experienced Assistant Property Manager, Parus Mirani. She is energetic, gets the job done, and what's important: she loves her job. It will only benefit the community if she becomes the Property Manager.
I live here a bit more than 2 years, and I'm still in love with this complex, which became even more beautiful thanks to Courthnie, the property manager. She is super professional, always polite, friendly and efficient. Thanks to Courthnie and Christine any residents' concern is addressed immediately. Also, the maintenance team, Baltazar and Herman, is pretty good.

The place is very nice and close to all the stores and restaurants on university Blvd and Highway 6 All fortbendisd schools zoned to this area are good. Very quiet the management is very friendly and if you have any problems in apartment they fixed it very fast. Been here since May and am enjoying my stay here.
