Ive had a wonderful time here at this apartments. Im having to move to be with family, but thank you to all the maintenance people and office staff. I will miss it here! Maybe one day I will be back.

I have signed multiple leases. Kelsey and Mike have highly contributed to those decisions to renew. In addition, the maintenance team's performance has always met my expectations. They're a great team.

I just want to say how much I appreciate the maintenance people here at Foundations at Edgewater. Juan, Augustin and George! These folks are always helpful helpful and professional and ready to help in any way they can! They get the job done!

Ive been living here for 6 years now and really enjoy it. The units look great and the complex is in a very convenient location. The maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to respond to issues. The leasing specialist Kelsey is always very friendly and helpful, as well as the property manager Karen!

I've been helping my mother for an apartment. I wanted to make sure she was in a safe neighborhood where she would feel comfortable. When I went into the office to get some information I was greeted with a warm smile. Kelsey is the young lady who helped me and answered all of my questions. She was very polite, patient and knowledgeable. She was even kind enough to tell me about good restaurants and shopping in the area. I have been to a lot of complexes and unfortunately that is not always what I have received, so this was an unexpected but greatly appreciated change. Thank you so much Kelsey if the rest of the staff is as pleasant as you are, I am optimistic that my mother will be in great hands while living there. Looking forward to returning with my mum and completing the process.
