      image They do not refund your fees if you choose not to live there after applying. They lied about what me and my roomate would have pay for fees. They got two full payments of fees from both of us. They do not give refunds.

      image Scheduled an appointment, arrived early, and as we're going towards the office, the agent was leaving ( I'm guessing she had another showing). We waited outside for about 15 minutes & when she returned, there was no "Thank you for waiting or I apologize for the delay." We weren't even offered water and it was hot!The tour was ugh! She was dry, no smile , no enthusiasm, just boring. I can only imagine what it's like being a resident. First impressions are important and this definitely was a fail.
